The team takes a hands on approach from vineyard to bottle, blending traditional techniques with a progressive outlook. During a behind the scenes tour with an expert host, you will gain insight into their process and passion, finishing with a private barrel tasting that brings their exceptional wines to life.

Gourmet Lunch

Indulge in a premium dining experience at one of the region’s spectacular restaurants boasting an emphasis on local seasonal produce such as The Currant Shed or The Salopian Inn.

Oliver’s Taranga

Oliver’s Taranga is one of South Australia’s oldest family run vineyards, with six generations of grape growing heritage anchored in the rich soils of McLaren Vale. Climb aboard a private golf buggy for a guided journey across the historic estate, where old vines and family stories unfold side by side. Conclude with a multi sensory, interactive tasting set among the vines, connecting each wine to the land that shapes it.
