Begin the morning with a private behind the scenes tour of the R.M.Williams workshop, where Australia’s most famous boots are still handcrafted today. Step into the craftsman’s role by creating your own three-piece leather belt, choosing the leather and metal fittings to make a piece that’s uniquely yours.
Coopers Brewery
Continue to Coopers Brewery, Australia’s largest independent family-owned brewery, and discover over 160 years of brewing tradition. Go behind the scenes and see the brewing process first-hand before you experience an exclusive viewing of the whisky stillage. Enjoy a guided tasting of Coopers’ iconic range alongside limited-edition, small-batch brews only available on site. Then relax over a two-course lunch in the Coopers taproom and restaurant, overlooking the new microbrewery and distillery, and featuring seasonal South Australian produce paired with your choice of Coopers beer or premium local wine.
Penfolds Magill Estate
Conclude the day at the historic Penfolds Magill Estate, nestled in the Adelaide foothills. Take a private guided tour of the Estate, including the underground cellars, before a hosted tasting that includes a vintage of the world-renowned Penfolds Grange* – Australia’s most iconic wine.
